Never a Victim (of fashion)

Today during my regular blog reviews, I came across something interesting at A Continuous Lean. Respected as an authority for all things authentically American and classic, ACL provides its followers with bits and pieces composed of a balanced technical and sentimental mixture, making it accessible to the non-aficionado.

What caught my attention today, is this bit on "Trad". Somehow, despite its appearance as another "heritage" mode, I think that there's more to it than that. Sure, authenticity plays a pivotal roll in this look, but so does inconspicuousness(accessories don't include wagon trains). 

Simply put, to dress this way looks good. Same as it always has.
